Data sharing
Our work has focused on using negotiation as a tool for extending traditional file-sharing architectures. We are mainly interested in the reuse of scientific data and the automation of negotiation.
Medical image analysis and libraries
We are interested in designing large-scale data libraries that can index local and external data archives using automated feature extraction. Our main thrust has been on the development of a "metadata digital library" model, or "MetaDL
